What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.

What if I arrive late?

Arrival is planned until 9:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later, let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can agree on a solution.

What is the security deposit?

A security deposit of €3,000 is required. The details are given with your confirmation.

Is bed linen provided?

Yes, bed linen is provided and included at no extra cost.

Is baby equipment available?

Yes, baby equipment is provided free of charge. Tell us your children's ages in the form so we can prepare it.

No, pets are not allowed in the chalet.

Do I need winter equipment for the car?

In the mountains we recommend winter tyres or snow chains from November to March. Winter-equipment rules apply on some mountain roads: check them before you travel. A closed garage and outdoor parking spaces are available at the chalet.

How do I get to the slopes?

The shuttle stop is 50 m from the chalet. It takes you to the Chantemerle snow front without using the car.
